My Listing system is really simple. You pay me $345 upfront to build your listing here on MyNSHome and nationally on Realtor.ca and other pro sites. I provide you with quality property signage, and you show your home. Together we agree upon a "set your own rate" payment deliverable when your property sells. Together we get your property SOLD!
- * Listing on Realtor.ca is a six month fixed term that can be renewed for additional charges
- * Your listing on MyNSHome is until your property sells
- * In our initial meeting we agree on an advertising fee which will be paid to mynshome.ca upon the final price you receive for your property.
- * If your property is sold by a real estate agent for whatever price you agree on mynshome.ca still receives the agreed fee.
