It can easily be renewed for an additional six months for the same fee of $345.00 tax included. We also provide you with a colourful and professional lawn sign free of charge.
In addition to this listing fee, during our initial meeting we will agree on an advertising fee which will be paid to MyNSHome.ca upon the successful sale and closing of your property.
*If your property is sold by a third party real estate agent, mynshome.ca still receives the agreed upon advertising fee.
